Carafe « Eau de Paris » – Design Pierre Charpin (Monoprix)

about ten mint leaves, 2 limes (sliced), 3 big spoons of cane sugar, 400 ml of pear juice, ice cubes, Perrier (or another sparkling water)

  1. Place mint leaves in a jug
  2. Add the lime sliced
  3. Add sugar
  4. Stir well while gently crushing the mint leaves
  5. Add pear juice and ice cubes, stir
  6. Add Perrier then serve right the way
  7. Refresh ! 😉
